  • Now that would be awesome…

Xbox360-Fanboy is reporting a rumor that would lend Sam & Max to the LIVE Arcade line-up. Of course this is just rumor at this point but if even remotely true would be one of the greatest things to happen to the Marketplace ever. Having played the original PC game Sam & Max: Hit the Road from LucasArts, I know this game and have a special place in my heart for the two characters. Of course anyone who has played them know there is plenty of room in the heart for them because the duo rotted all the rest out. >:)

Like I said, it’s all speculation at this point but if this becomes available, you can be sure I’ll be picking it up (or, I guess downloading it in this case). This is all based on a posting for a job. Do you fit the bill? Can you make sure this happens?

  • Of course there’s killing!

It’s a video game! I mean, what’s a game if there’s no killing! Do you think I play Test Drive Unlimited because it has sweet cars? Hell no! I play so I can KILL! Do you think I play Oblivion for the amazing scenery or collecting cool stuff? No way! I play to KILL!

And that’s why you would buy Left Behind: Eternal Forces. For killing. Well, read for yourself:

Troy Lyndon, CEO of Left Behind Games. “There is killing of course, it is a video game.”

    Read the whole artical here.

Well, there you have it. It’s not a videogame unless there’s killing. He would know. He made one of the worst games ever.. but a game none the less.

  • Doom Demo on Live Arcade

I played the new demo the classic PC game, DOOM last night. I must say, it is an excellent port to HD and has a great new look. Not to mention back when I was playing this game all we had was dial-up and so I never got to use the multi player function. For those who played this game as a kid this is a fun addition to Xbox Live Arcade, and if you’re a young one who says “this sure is no HALO!” just remember the would BE no Halo if it weren’t for this game. 🙂
